10/25 Medical Student BioSkills Workshop Registration
In collaboration with Nth Dimensions, the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society invites undergraduate and medical students with an interest in foot and ankle surgery to gain hands-on experience with orthopaedic instruments and techniques. At this free workshop, faculty will guide students through foot and ankle procedures on Sawbones in interactive, small-group settings; and answer questions about navigating residency and careers in medicine.

Saturday, October 25 from 10:00 am-3:00 pm

Day includes:
- Overview of careers in foot and ankle orthopaedic surgery
- Nth Dimensions presentations on becoming a great physician
- Foot and ankle Sawbones lab
- Lunch
- Faculty panel Q&A
Sawbones procedures:
- Ankle arthrodesis
- Lateral malleolus fracture
- External fix delta frame
- Midfoot arthrodesis
- Metatarsal osteotomies
